Tournament Volunteers Wanted!

It takes many volunteers to make an event like this to happen.  If you would like to be a part of making this the best tournament out there and have a couple of hours (or more) to spare then we would love to have you. Below are some of the roles that we are looking for with a little information on each.

Set Up/Take Down - this includes setting up the tables and chairs in the tent, putting up the fencing around the tent, helping set up the prize table, setting up the auction table, etc.

Registration - Checking teams in and providing the team package.

Ticket Sales - Selling pop, liquor, and dinner tickets

​

Dinner Service - helping serve dinner (cafeteria style) to the guests 

​

Bar - Mixing and serving drinks

​

Hole Monitor - Sitting on the golf course at an assigned hole to monitor for the special prize winners

​

Security - Sitting at the entrances of the licensed area and ensuring no alcoholic beverages leave or enter the area.

​

Golf Shack - selling baskets of driving range balls, picking up driving range balls, organizing the golf carts for teams, etc.

GET A FREE DINNER TICKET WITH A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS OF VOLUNTEER TIME!

  1. Go to the Faro Golf Club website

  2. Click Volunteer (or the Tournament Volunteers tab)

  3. Choose the area you want to volunteer in and click Book Now

  4. In the calendar, scroll to July

  5. Select a date (look for a dot under dates with available shifts)

  6. Pick an available shift and click it

  7. Click Next

  8. Fill out your details in the form

  9. Click Book Now or Add to Cart (if booking multiple shifts)

  10. Proceed to Checkout (no payment info required)
